Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies: All appointments require a 30% non‑refundable deposit to secure your time, and no appointment is held without it. Please arrive on time; a 10–15 minute grace period is allowed, but arrivals past 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation with loss of deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice—deposits can be transferred once with proper notice, but same‑day cancellations or no‑shows automatically forfeit the deposit, and future bookings may require full payment upfront. Services will not be performed on irritated, broken, or infected scalp areas, and the studio maintains a clean, safe, and respectful environment; any inappropriate behavior may result in service refusal without refund. Payment methods include cash, e‑transfer, and any additional methods listed, with the remaining balance due at the end of your appointment.
