These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, expectations, and responsibilities for clients booking services through this website. By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed below.

Terms & Conditions

  • All appointments must be booked through our online booking system.

  • A 30% non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • Bookings are first come, first served.

Deposits​
  • Deposits are non‑refundable under all circumstances.

  • Deposits go toward your total service cost.

  • No deposit = no appointment held.

  • Deposits may be transferred once with proper notice (see Cancellation Policy)

Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • At least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule.

  • Deposits can be transferred one time only with proper notice.

  • Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows result in loss of deposit.

  • Repeated cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings

Late Policy
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed.

  • After 15 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.

  • Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of deposit.

No Show Policy
  • Clients who do not show up for their appointment will forfeit their deposit.

  • Future bookings may require full payment upfront.

Health & Safety
  • Services will not be performed on irritated, broken, or infected scalp areas.

  • Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions before your appointment.

  • We maintain a clean and sanitized environment for every client.

  • If your hair or scalp condition is unsafe for service, the appointment may be refused.

Client Conduct
  • We provide a calm, respectful, and professional environment.

  • Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate service refusal without refund.

  • Aggressive, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Payment Methods
  • We accept:

    • Online booking payment

    • Cash

    • E‑transfer

  • Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.

Rights to Refuse Service
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • Policies are not followed

  • Conditions are not suitable for treatment

  • The client displays inappropriate or unsafe behavior

  • The service requested is not safe for the client’s hair or scalp

Website Use
  • By using this website, you agree not to:

    • Misuse the booking system

    • Submit false information

    • Attempt to disrupt or damage the website

    • Copy or reproduce content without permission

Policy Updates
  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
