All appointments must be booked through our online booking system.

A 30% non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Deposits

Deposits are non‑refundable under all circumstances.

Deposits go toward your total service cost.

No deposit = no appointment held.

Deposits may be transferred once with proper notice (see Cancellation Policy)
Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule.

Deposits can be transferred one time only with proper notice.

Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows result in loss of deposit.

Repeated cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings
Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed.

After 15 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.

Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of deposit.
No Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their appointment will forfeit their deposit.

Future bookings may require full payment upfront.
Health & Safety

Services will not be performed on irritated, broken, or infected scalp areas.

Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions before your appointment.

We maintain a clean and sanitized environment for every client.

If your hair or scalp condition is unsafe for service, the appointment may be refused.
Client Conduct

We provide a calm, respectful, and professional environment.

Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate service refusal without refund.

Aggressive, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
